  3. Place the wet rice paper wrapper on a clean surface and add your veggies and herbs. Be careful not to overstuff the wrapper, or it will be difficult to roll.
  4. Fold the bottom of the wrapper over the veggies, then fold both sides of the wrapper in, and carefully roll the wrapper from the bottom up to the top, tucking the filling in as you go.
  5. Serve with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
